We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Lease Administration Associate to become an integral part of our Lease Accounting team. Key Responsibilities
- Abstract and review critical client leasing details to ensure visibility into deliverables and initiatives.
- Play an essential role in Lease Administration, ensuring precision and effective management of client leases.
- Cultivate and maintain vital relationships with various stakeholders, facilitating accurate reporting and reconciliation of information.
- Oversee the full spectrum of Lease Administration abstraction services, which includes:
- Coordinating abstractions with transition and regional teams.
- Assigning projects and monitoring quality control processes.
- Managing relationships with clients, vendors, and landlords.
- Reviewing Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and real estate tax invoices, along with handling escalations.
- Validating and managing lease documents alongside data entry processes.
- Conducting rent variance analysis and processing rent payments.
- Managing subtenant accounts, billing, and collections.
- Continuously tracking and reporting critical dates to clients.
- Performing financial analysis and monitoring volume trends.
- Collaborating with outsourcing providers.
- Streamlining invoicing processes and preparing invoices.
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders with a Customer First Mindset.
- Leading and supporting special projects as assigned.
- Ensuring data accuracy and establishing reminders for portfolios.
- Identifying potential lease conflicts and providing insights on lease language.
- Conducting audits, year-end reconciliation, and tracking potential savings.
- Reconciling invoices, resolving discrepancies, and pinpointing cost-saving opportunities.
- Reviewing leases for crucial information such as free rent, prepaid rent, and security deposits.
- Generating and disseminating monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports.
- Assisting with new client setups as needed.
- Reviewing abstracts prepared by other team members and processing monthly rent files for clients.
- Offering guidance and training to Portfolio Administrators.
- Reviewing client estoppels and providing constructive feedback on issues or errors.
- Being accountable for project delivery, ensuring compliance with budget and specifications.
- Remaining agile and organizing daily tasks to accommodate team needs and requests.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Lease Administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with Visual Lease, Pro Lease, Lease Accelerator, and/or Co-Star is highly desirable.
- Experience with airport leases is essential.
